While running ads on Facebook Page post, there is an option to receive messages with the message button embed. When someone clicked, it would greet the user with something like this,

And whenever the admin clicked on the FAQ section, It would go through the admin's personal inbox to the user.

It took 3 months from the time of submission to time to get resolved . Also in-between they almost closed it as informative but at last, it concluded with bounty.
