Computers are necessary evils. We can't neglect them, anyone who uses computers a lot for various task such as work, entertainment tends to neglect their health as they spend their most of time sitting in front of computer. This has been leading to a serious health problem nowadays. Some major problems faced are strain in the eyes , dizziness and headaches, backaches, shoulder ache and pain in the neck.

So, here are some precautions and preventive measures to deal with the issue, just a minute of try and you will feel the change yourself.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Working on computers means spending long hours in room,physicall inactiveness. This leads to dehydration. Drink plenty  of water to keep yourself hydrated. Remember  there are no substitutes for water.

Relax Your Eyes

Try to give your eyes some time to cool, skip your eyes from computer towards nature ,towards natural greenery or some soothing color to relax your eyes in-between.

Neck Exercise

Exercise while you work.Move your neck up-down and right-left to avoid neck pain.Throw your head back for some seconds and bring it up.

Shoulders And Wrist Exercise

Move your shoulders and wrist often to keep yourself physically active. Bring your shoulder up for some second ,hold it on and bring it back to the position.Rotating your shoulder both in  clockwise and counter-clockwise direction may give you instant results.Same goes for the wrist.

Back Exercise

Periodically straighten your back for some seconds and and loose it for some seconds.Repeat it for several times.
